For authors

Publishing your talk

For speakers selected for the Raptors Conference 2026.

What an entry contains

An entry records a talk selected for the Raptors Conference: its title, the author, an abstract of 100 to 200 words, and the slides as a PDF where the author supplies them. The abstract is written by the author, or drafted from their own submission and approved by them in writing. Nothing is published under an author's name without that approval.

Each entry has a permanent address on this site and a Crossref DOI registered against it. Slides added later go on the same page; the address and the DOI do not change.

Sending your abstract and slides

Authors of selected talks receive their draft abstract by email. Reply to confirm it, or send your own version, and it is published as you approve it. Send slides as a PDF, either through the speaker materials form you were sent or by email to hello@raptors.dev.

For Vol. 1 (2026) the deadline for abstracts and slides is Monday 12 October 2026. Publication is free and voluntary, and declining it has no effect on your talk.

Citing your entry

Cite an entry by its DOI, written as a full link (https://doi.org/10.68495/…). Every paper page carries a ready citation and BibTeX and RIS downloads for reference managers.

Corrections and withdrawal

Write to hello@raptors.dev to correct an entry or to withdraw it. A correction is recorded on the entry with its date. A withdrawn entry keeps a note at its address, so that any citation of it still resolves to an honest answer.
